3. What is the mission of the WFAs?
To celebrate impactful work while fostering global momentum in fertility awareness, equitable access to care, and innovation. The WFAs aim to spotlight solutions and voices that are transforming how people build families, especially those who face challenges due to medical, financial, cultural, or systemic barriers.
4. How do I nominate someone (or myself) and is there a fee to do this?
There is no fee to submit your nomination.
Step 1: Register by filling out the nomination registration form on the WFA website.
Step 2: Once registered, you’ll receive access to the nomination form. You can nominate yourself or a deserving individual, company, or organization (note: one nomination per registered account).
Step 3: Nominations will be reviewed by an international judging committee composed of medical professionals and fertility advocates.
Winners will be announced at the end of Summer 2025.

An esteemed international judging committee—including clinicians, researchers, advocates, and industry leaders—evaluates each nomination based on criteria such as innovation, impact, ethical integrity, and potential to improve global access and outcomes.
8. Is the event in person or virtual?
